Can we take anything out on approval?

Yes, we have an approval policy which allows anything you take out for three days. We take your credit card number and then if you decide to purchase it, we can run the card over the phone.


Can we order fabric yardage?

Yes, you can choose from over 1,400 fabrics and leathers from Norwalk as well as our other fabric manufacturers (Thibaut, Ronald Redding, Seabrook, etc.).

 

What makes it smell so good in the showroom?

We carry Archipelago candles and diffusers which give a nice aroma in the showroom.

 

Do you have catalogs to order accessories and rugs?

Yes, we have a good selection in the store, but you can also purchase out of the catalog. If we special order you anything, all sales are final.

 

Do you have your own installers?

Yes, our professional installation team works only for Mizells.


Can we purchase materials and use another installer?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase any of our flooring materials and have another installer complete the job for you.

 

Do you install materials that are not purchased from the store?

No, we stay so busy with our own installation schedule that we don’t install anything not purchased from us.

 

Do you offer design assistance?

Yes, we offer free home consultations with purchase at Mizells. If you choose not to purchase with us, it is a fee of $75 per hour.

 

Are you open on Saturday?

Yes, we are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

Are the prices you have marked installed?

Our carpet and wood prices are usually installed, however we always price our tile materials only.

How do I know how much carpet I will need for my room?

First of all, you have to measure your room.
