Can we take anything out on approval?
No, we have decided to end the approval service we previously offered. We still offer full refunds for any purchase returned within 10 days and store credit after 10 days. We appreciate your cooperation!
Can we order fabric yardage?
Yes, you can choose from over 1,400 fabrics and leathers from Norwalk and C.R. Laine as well as our other fabric manufacturers (Thibaut, Ronald Redding, Seabrook, etc.).
What makes it smell so good in the showroom?
We carry Archipelago candles and diffusers which give a nice aroma in the showroom.
Do you have catalogs to order accessories and rugs?
Yes, we have a great selection in the store, but you can also purchase out of the catalog. If we special order anything for our customers, please keep in mind that all sales are final.
Do you have your own installers?
Yes, our professionally trained installation team works only for Mizells.
Can we purchase materials and use another installer?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase any of our flooring materials and have another installer complete the job for you. We just require that you or your installer give us the square footage required for us to place the order.
Do you install materials that are not purchased from the store?
No, we stay so busy with our own installation schedule that we are unable to do any outside installation projects.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes, we offer free home consultations with purchase at Mizells. If you choose not to purchase with us, there is a design fee of $75 per hour.
What are your hours of operation?

Do the prices you have on display include the installation fees?
Our carpet and wood prices are typically shown to include the installation as well. However, we price our tile selection as materials only.
